Leadership 101 Huddle                                                     June 12th     |          9:00-10:00 AM
Each of us has different needs, values, perspectives, and way of operating. These individual differences can be found at the root of many workplace challenges. This huddle is a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of leadership. We will learn how to identify and define characteristics of a strong leader and how our values influence the decisions we make. You will be introduced to Emotional Intelligence and how it impacts our leadership roles, both personally and professionally. 
 
Thriving Amid Stress Huddle                                        June 12th     |          10:30-11:30 AM
Let’s grow together as leaders and learn how to restore our vital energy reserve. We will identify stressors, recognize signs of stress, investigate factors that hinder or alleviate stress, and understand how these elements impact our lives and those we lead. This huddle will give you the tools you need to live in freedom, gain competency, be responsible and cultivate stronger relationships in both your personal and professional life.

The Morton Park district wil be offering a Family Pool Party/ Movie night at the Morton Pool and at Idlewood Park. Bring your crew for a fun time. Pool party will start at 6:30-8:00 pm. Then join us after for a free movie across the park at the Arts Pavilion. Cost for the family pool party is $10 per family (must live in the household). *Entry is limited to the first 500 people through the gate* Movie in the Park is "Mario Bros Movie" and will start at 8:30 pm and is FREE to the public.
