These individual differences can be found at the root of many workplace challenges. This huddle is a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of leadership. We will learn how to identify and define characteristics of a strong leader and how our values influence the decisions we make. You will be introduced to Emotional Intelligence and how it impacts our leadership roles, both personally and professionally.
Thriving Amid Stress Huddle June 12th | 10:30-11:30 AM
Let’s grow together as leaders and learn how to restore our vital energy reserve. We will identify stressors, recognize signs of stress, investigate factors that hinder or alleviate stress, and understand how these elements impact our lives and those we lead. This huddle will give you the tools you need to live in freedom, gain competency, be responsible and cultivate stronger relationships in both your personal and professional life.
