In today’s fast-paced business environment, success requires more than just individual talent—it is built on trust. Our Building Stronger Teams huddle series is designed for businesses ready to invest in their frontline leaders, equipping them with the skills to drive effective communication, foster accountability, and create a culture of collaboration.
Huddle 1: Building Trust: Trust is foundational to teamwork. We often judge the world by what we would do in a particular situation. Different does not mean wrong. We will learn how to see things from other perspectives, how both nature and nurture influence our behavior. Trust is foundational to teamwork. We will look at different ways to build trust and what a leader's role is in trust building.

Registration opens January 20, 2025
Individual: $100 per Huddle or all 4 Huddles $300
Register by February 5th and be entered into a drawing to attend a huddle for FREE.
