The Turner Center for Entrepreneurship and Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Bradley University are pleased to introduce J Reeb Consulting founder Janelle Reeb who will lead this in-person no-cost workshop on how customer satisfaction is a way of life. Your customers are the most integral part of your business; they come before products or profit.  It is important to keep your clients happy to stay ahead of the competition.  Treat your customers like they are the center of your world – because they are!
 
This interactive workshop provides insights into the preferences and motivations of our internal and external customers. You will be given tools to ensure that every customer interaction is a consistent, positive experience.  This is easy to overlook when a business owner is trying to do everything else themselves. You can acknowledge that customer service is hard and is an area in which we can all continue to grow.

Janelle Reeb, Owner, J Reeb Consulting, Washington IL.
Janelle is a Performance Consultant. She enjoys equipping others with experiences that encourage continuous growth, require collaboration and stimulate curiosity. Janelle is a lifelong learner, with a background in sport management and education. She has a master’s in educational leadership from Illinois State University, is a former college athlete at Truman State University, and 20+ combined years of experience in education and athletic coaching. Janelle is a qualified Personality Lingo presenter. As a wife of a fireman and a mom of two teenagers, they enjoy exploring National Parks and snow skiing in Colorado.
