Details
The program identifies emerging leaders to protect the tradition of strong leadership for our community on a continuing basis by:
- Developing informed, skilled and vigorous leadership capable of understanding community, organizational. and corporate issues, interpreting facts related to the issues and influencing decisions based upon these facts.
- Preparing a number of committed individuals to assume responsible positions with non-profit, civic, citizen, and corporate organizations within the community.
- Providing participants with a broad understanding of public issues, workings of state and local government, civic challenges facing all of us, and the role the community and organizations play in problem solving.
