We are a precision machining and engineering shop in business since 1977.
We specialize in precision machined parts. We work with all types of material from carbon and alloy steel, stainless, aluminum, gray iron, brass & bronze bar, and plastic to malleable, ductile, aluminum and gray iron castings and steel forgings. We can do a custom, prototype, and tooling & fixturing work. We are best known for the machining of small to medium size parts.
Our employees have an average tenure of 17 years which gives us unmatched experience in the industry. With so much expertise we are able to supply customers with unparalleled quality.
We have capabilities to do milling, turning, centerless, and surface grinding along with cylindrical grinding to tolerances as close as .0001. We also have a hydraulic broach in a house with many custom keyway and spline broaches. We hold quality as our number one value to the customer with on-time delivery a close second. We have a 99% on-time delivery over the past 4 years to our customers with a less than 1% rejection rating. We are ISO 9001/2015 certified and follow ISO standards along with 6 sigma philosophy daily. We have achieved Caterpillar MQ11005 Bronze certification status and work to the high quality and delivery performances designated by this achievement. Inspection records are kept for all of our work and available to the customer on request.
